The Florida Department of Elder Affairs’ SHINE program will present a Medicare seminar July 11 from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Land O’ Lakes Library, 2818 Collier Parkway. A representative from the program will be available to answer questions, and provide information on the basics of Medicare and prescription drug plan options. Information also will be provided on state and federal programs to assist low-income beneficiaries with Medicare costs.
