Oak Grove United Methodist Church, 2707 W. Waters Ave., in Tampa, will host a spaghetti dinner with entertainment on Feb. 13 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., to raise money to repave its parking lot. Musical entertainment will be provided by vocalist Ray Chiaramonte. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children, and $20 for a family of two adults and two children younger than 12.
