Florida Cancer Affiliates, 3611 Little Road in Trinity, will host a stress reduction support group meeting Oct. 7 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The group is free and open to anyone who feels overwhelmed at times, is struggling to find a balance in life, or wants to have a place to freely express feelings with those going through similar experiences. Stress can be related to school or work, or can be relationship stress, caregiver stress, illness or health stress, parenting or family stress, or financial stress.
