Florida Licensing on Wheels will be at the New Tampa Regional Library, 10001 Cross Creek Blvd., on April 13 at 10 a.m. The services available include first-time licenses, conversion of out-of-state licenses, renewals, replacements for lost or stolen licenses, address/name changes, ID cards, reinstatements, emergency contact information registrations, vehicle registration renewals, and disabled parking placard issuance and renewals.
