Through Aug. 16, Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, 1101 W. Sligh Ave., will offer a free ticket to Florida certified teachers for grades kindergarten through 12thgrade. Teachers must present a valid professional or temporary Florida Department of Education teaching certification, pay stub and Florida ID. Eligible teachers can buy up to two additional one-day companion tickets for adult or child at a discounted rate of $15 each, to be used on the same day.
