The New Tampa Regional Library, 10001 Cross Creek Blvd., will host “Read Local: Local Authors Meet ‘N Greet” on April 9 at 3:30 p.m. Cindy Campbell from the Florida Writer’s Association will discuss how the association helps authors of all genres grow, finding resources to cultivate an inner muse, and improving writing skills. Congregation Kol Ami, 3919 Moran Road in Tampa, will host a “Pizza & PJ Shabbat” on April 8 at 6 p.m. Shabbat will be celebrated with guitar playing, singing, dancing and food.
