LAND O’ LAKES – The North Tampa Bay Chamber will host an Economic Development Briefing, a Lunch N Learn, a Tampa Networking Night and a ribbon cutting. 

  • David Engel, Pasco County planning, development and economic growth director, talks about how the county supports small businesses during the Economic Development Briefing from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 14 at Hilton Garden Inn Tampa-Wesley Chapel, 26640 Silver Maple Pkwy., Wesley Chapel.   • Jeni Williams and Bill Blitman, of Western & Southern Life, talk about financial roadmaps during Lunch N Learn from noon to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at the North Tampa Bay Chamber Office, 28329 Paseo Drive, Suite 195, Wesley Chapel. Admission is $15. Registration is required.
  • Members mingle during Tampa Networking Night from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 15 at Benchmark International Arena, 401 Channelside Drive, Tampa. The event includes a buffet and open bar before a Tampa Bay Lightning game at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $85 for the 300 level and $175 for the 100 level. Register in advance. 
  • Members celebrate the grand opening of Waxing the City with a ribbon cutting from 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 20 at 7800 Curley Road, Wesley Chapel. The ribbon will be cut at 4:30 p.m.
