Jimi Devine Nominated For Cannabis Reporter Of The Year

L.A. Weekly’s Jimi Devine is a finalist for the Benzinga Cannabis Lifestyle Reporter of the Year Award.

The critic and columnist is known as one of the utmost authorities on cannabis, not only highlighting the top flower in the industry, but informing the public of happenings in the cannabis world.

“I’m wildly hyped,” Devine said about the nomination.

The GFWC Lutz-Land O’ Lakes Woman’s Club will host its annual Fall Flea Market on Sept. 14 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Land O’ Lakes Heritage Park, 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd. Drop off for donations is Sept. 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the park. The club will accept antiques, art/décor, crystal, china, household items, small appliances, kitchenware, clothing, shoes, kids’ stuff, books, toys, tools, and more. 10/10/2024 – The Moth comes to Tampa

WUSF has announced “The Moth,” a show that features a diverse lineup of guests telling their personal stories of adventure, struggle, redemption, creativity and more, will be coming to the Tampa Theatre, for a second time, at 711 N. Franklin St., on Oct. 10. Guests tell their stories on stage, without notes, in the long tradition of community gathering around the fire to share their experiences and their culture. Maxwell ready to serenade in Florida portion of tour

The soulful sounds of Maxwell have lingered on R&B and hip-hop playlists for more than 25 years. And Florida residents can hear those sounds live through The Serenade Tour. The three-time Grammy Award-winner will perform at the Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood on Sept. 14 and at Amalie Arena in Tampa on Sept. 15.
