CareerSource is hosting a Veterans Workshop Feb. 18 from 10:30 a.m. to noon at 7361 Forest Oak Blvd., in Spring Hill. The workshop will help explain the Workforce Investment Act, a federally funded program to assist with the cost of career training. Participants must either be eligible to work in the United States and a resident of Pasco or Hernando county, receive food stamps or meet low income guidelines, or receive unemployment compensation or have a letter of layoff.
