03/25/2016 – Crucifixion re-enactment
First United Methodist Church of Lutz will present two re-enactments of Christ’s crucifixion on March 25. At noon, there will be a processional starting on the steps of City Hall in downtown Tampa to Lykes Park for the re-enactment. Superhero Festival starts March 24
The Museum of Science & Industry, 4801 E. Fowler Ave., in Tampa, will host a month-long “Superhero Festival” starting March 24 with two preview showings of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” There also will be “Science of Superheroes,” “Classic Superman,” a comic book swap on March 26, a member date night on April 15, and a “Crime Fighters Weekend” on April 16 and April 17. There will be an open house information meeting, for the West Bearss Avenue drainage improvement project in the Lake Magdalene area, on March 22 at 6:30 p.m., at the Jimmie B.
